Don and his wife Lucille have called Denville home for over 15years. They have 3 children attending Denville public schools: Donny (Morris Knolls), Nikki (Valleyview), and Michael (Lakeview). Don not only cares about our town, he cares about all the people that live and work here. He feels that strong leadership and a comprehensive business plan will reunite the Denville Town Council and move Denville forward.
Lucille and Don are both active volunteers with the schools and sports programs in town. Don is currently on the Denville Little League Board as Past President. He has served over 7 years as Player Agent, President, and Past President organizing Little League parades and opening day events as well as “Denville Challenger Day” for the disabled. This program was tremendously satisfying for Don because it united children with disabilities with our Little League and PAL softball players. Don Kuser has also coached in most of the sports programs in town and volunteered on Project Playground.
“Community service runs in Don’s blood.” His father, Don Sr; was a Pequannock Township Mayor, Councilman, Fire Commissioner and was employed by United States Congress. Don Sr. is still active in politics at the State and Federal level. Don’s sister, Wendy, is a past Mayor and Councilwoman in Hardyston, NJ.
For over 22 years, Don has worked for a national importer and wholesaler of wood products. Currently he holds the title of General Manager and is responsible for its eastern operations
