Denville's Planning Consultant, Bill Denzler, at the request of Mayor Hussa, completed a summary showing Denville past obligation, previously provided housing and associated credits, and Denville's current housing obligation. It also explores possible avenues for providing the low and moderate income housing required by COAH.

Prepared by Bill Denzler, Denville's Planning Consultant, this spreadsheet dated May 2008 shows Denville's non-residential development in terms of square footage and residential development in terms of housing units. No breakout is provided for first or second round COAH housing units or the associated market value units required by COAH. Non-residential development impact on third round COAH obligations is shown in the table "Non-Residential Growth, 01/2004 to present".
