The Building & Construction Department is here to assist township residents when they are making any construction changes to their houses. Our office covers any changes or improvements to building, plumbing, electrical and fire. The department's main goal is to ensure that any and all work is code compliant and that proper techniques and procedures are followed for your safety.

SELLING YOUR HOUSE? No CO inspection is required by the Building Department, however a smoke detector, carbon monoxide & fire extingisher inspection is required by Fire Prevention. Please go to the following link for more information. All open permits should be closed out before you transfer your property. |
