Welcome to the Purchasing Department, which is responsible for all aspects of the Township of Denville de-centralized procurement process.


Legal notices for current bids are printed in the Daily Record and The Citizen Newspaper. In addition to legal notices, the Township of Denville also will be posting bid opportunities on the Morris County Online Bid System. Although there is a charge to become a member of the Bid system, information can be obtained for FREE as a one-time user. If you are interested, please follow this link  and register. 

A fee will be charged for all hard copy bid packages that are picked up in person at the Municipal Clerk’s Office, located at 1 St. Mary’s Place, Denville, NJ  07834.   Bidders are encouraged to view and print documents online through the Bidnet system.

If you decide to join Bidnet the cost is $49.95 and you will receive notifications of the Township of Denville’s bid notifications as well as notifications for all the towns in Morris County that are also members.   Please call Bidnet directly at 1-800-835-4603 hit option #1 for one on one support.  Thank you for your interest in the Township of Denville.
