SELLING YOUR HOUSE?
The only inspection required to sell your house is a SMOKE DETECTOR INSPECTION which also includes carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher in the kitchen. Inspections are done on Mondays and Fridays and the cost is $50. Call 973.625.8300 ext. 251 to schedule your inspection.
