The Zoning Board of Adjustment convenes at Township Hall on the first and third Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM.
The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial board whose statutory responsibility is to review applications which propose to utilize property located within the Township in a manner inconsistent with municipal zoning laws. The Zoning Board of Adjustment is empowered, pursuant to the regulations as set forth in State law, to grant variances to the strict interpretation of the local zoning laws based upon the specific characteristics of an application.
