Denville Health Department will administer the SMA Blood Screening on

September 1, 2010 at the Denville Municipal Building – 1st Floor-Community Room

The Screening is for Denville Residents Only 18 yrs & older.

Fasting for 12 hrs prior to the test is required and a permission

slip must be signed by your doctor. Please call 973-625-8300

Ext. 264 for an appointment. Registration is limited to 15

participants per screening. Residents are eligible to participate

in one screening per year. The screenings are held in January,

March, May, July, September, and November.
